Refund policy

We will refund the purchase price (not including shipping & handling) for any item returned that does not fit or cool the stated HP rating within 60 days of the purchase date. If the radiator does not fit, it can not be returned for a refund if it has been used. If a radiator does not cool your engine, call to arrange for a refund or possible upgrade to a larger cooling capacity radiator. The cost for expedited shipping (anything faster than ground shipping) is not refundable.

Restocking Fee

All standard returns and exchanges carry a 20% restocking fee. This fee will not apply to: 

•   Shipping damage
•   Manufacturer defects
•   Warehouse mishaps

This applies only to returns or exchanges that fall outside of warranty scope.

Shipping Damages:

  • All products are inspected before being shipped, but damages may occur during shipping. If your product is received damaged, it must be reported to us with a phone call within 48 hours of receipt so please inspect all items upon receipt even if the boxes look to be in good condition. All boxes and packing material must be saved. It is possible that the shipping company may want to inspect these materials. Upon completion of the claims process with the shipping carrier your replacement items will be promptly shipping out.
  • If an incorrect product is shipped, or the product is defective, we will correct it at our cost.
