LIFETIME CONDITIONAL WARRANTY
Coverage Overview
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for the lifetime of the product, defined as the period during which the original purchaser owns the vehicle and the radiator is still functioning within its expected service life under normal operating conditions — typically 8 to 10 years from the date of purchase.What's Covered
We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any radiator that fails due to a verified manufacturing defect under normal use. Warranty coverage is limited to ONE TIME REPLACEMENT ONLY and does NOT include:
- Related vehicle damage
- Shipping costs
- Labor or installation costs
What's Not Covered
This warranty does NOT cover damage caused by:
- Improper installation or maintenance
- Use of incorrect or contaminated coolant **ONLY USE Ethylene Glycol Coolant OR "Safe for all Vehicles" Coolant**
- Electrolysis or external corrosion
- Accident, abuse, off-road use, or racing
- Modifications or tampering performed by the purchaser or any other third party
Warranty Claims
To initiate a claim, the original purchaser must provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Photos of the defective product, if the product is returned then an inspection from a Champion technician.
- Description of the failure and installation environment
Once approved, a one-time replacement will be issued. This satisfies the original Lifetime Warranty.
Coverage After a Claim
Once a warranty claim is exercised, the original lifetime coverage is considered fulfilled.
Purchases Through Online Marketplaces
Please note that purchases made through online marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, or other third-party sellers may be subject to additional or different warranty policies provided by those platforms or resellers.
Our Lifetime Conditional Warranty applies only to products sold by authorized dealers or directly through our official website or storefront and was drop shipped directly to the end user from our facility. If you purchased through a marketplace or other third party platform, please verify with the seller whether your purchase qualifies for our standard warranty.
Unauthorized or discounted third-party listings may not be eligible. Any warranty claim must be initiated through the online marketplace or third party platform.
